A bespoke Massage treatment designed around you.  No quick 20 minute back massages here, my back massage is a 60 minute treatment and could include neck, scalp, arms even backs of the legs depending on what you need on that day.  My standard full body massage is 75 mins not 60 mins as most other places and I also offer the option of a 90 min full body massage.

The addition of aromatherapy oils greatly enhances the benefits of the treatment.  Aromatic essential oils create a feeling of deep relaxation and have lasting effects on the mind, body and soul.  I am a Level 3 trained Aromatherapist and will create a blend of oils specifically to suit your individual needs.  Aromatherapy massage generally uses a lighter pressure to create a more deeply relaxing experience, however this can be adapted to your own preference.  A full consultation will be carried out prior to your massage, if for whatever reason aromatherapy oils are unsuitable for you then an alternative unscented balm or oil can be used.

My most popular treatment, with good reason.  Bring balance to mind, body and soul and remember Reflexology is not just for the feet.  I also offer Reflexology for the hands and see my Facial Reflexology treatment menu.

Reflexology is an ancient practice based on the principle that reflex points on the feet correspond with areas throughout the body.  Reflexology can help promote feelings of wellbeing and relaxation, reducing stress and tension.

I use gentle pressure to work over the entire foot and conclude with some massage and stretching to relax the soft tissues of the feet.  I can also incorporate aromatherapy oils into your reflexology treatment if desired to further enhance your relaxation.

Facial Reflexology has its roots in the Far East, China and Japan.  I use Dien Chan techniques which were developed by acupuncturists in Vietnam, but don't worry, no needles are involved.  This is a non-invasive treatment in which I use the gentle pressure of my fingers to stimulate energy points on the face.  Its deeply relaxing, helping to relieve tension in the face and head and will leave you feeling and looking energised.

There are different treatment options available.  Facial Reflexology (with face massage) is a reflexology and mini facial combination treatment, which includes a hot towel cleanse, a lovely facial massage section which also includes the neck and scalp and is completed with eye cream and moisturiser.

The facial reflexology with reiki option is for clients wanting the ultimate, deep relaxation experience.  You will feel refreshed, energised and ready to face the day after this session.

A 30 minute facial reflexology treatment is also available to add onto another treatment, see the Xtra touch options.

Using organic Pinks Boutique products, this is so much more than your usual Facial.

The products feel luxurious on the skin with beautiful aromas and the organic processing means anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals within the natural ingredients remain intact.  This is not your normal Facial because it also treats the tell tale signs of ageing on the upper back, neck and decollate.  The 75 min Anti-Ageing Facial features a longer massage section using natural face-lift techniques and pressure points to encourage lymph drainage, leaving your complexion visibly smoothed and bright.

The 90 minute treatment also includes a 15 minute add on treatment, choose from

A specifically devised skin workout for the face, neck and shoulders to combat tired, dull skin, stress and tension with an instant facelift, contour and tone.

The 60 minute Facial starts with an hydrating cleanse, followed by a bamboo exfoliation, then onto a toning and lifting massage session working all the muscles of the face and neck.  This Facial includes the added benefits of cold rose quartz crystals, gua-sha and rose quartz roller tools to cool, help close pores and take away puffiness by stimulating lymphatic drainage.  The treatment then concludes with a hydrating and balancing mask, and a final flourish of toner, serum and moisturiser.

For those times when you really want to treat yourself, upgrade to the 90 minute Rose Quartz treatment to  indulge in an added upper back cleanse, scrub and mask.  Then finish with the final treat of the Rose Eye Revive treatment to refresh, soothe and rehydrate the delicate eye area.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Energy, which is the energy which flows through all living things.  Reiki works with this energy to bring balance to body and soul.  It is a gentle, non intrusive therapy which is suitable for everyone.  You will lie fully clothed, with a blanket over you in my comfortable, warm, quiet room, drifting off into a feeling of calmness and peace.  Reiki will leave you refreshed, calm and ready to face the day.

Refresh tired eyes with this cooling rose quartz eye treatment.  Cold rose quartz crystals are used to gently massage the products into the skin to soothe puffiness and rehydrate the delicate eye area.  Whilst the exquisite rose oils relive and relax tension.  The anti-inflammatory properties will leave your eye area looking and feeling renewed.

This 15 minute treatment is available as an add on to any  Facial or Body Massage treatment.

A sculping, contouring and lifting massage treatment for the face and neck using a cold rose quartz gua-sha tool.

Rose quarz is associated with feminine, youthful and calming energy.  It is used cool to refresh and reduce puffiness and aid lymphatic drainage.  The gua-sha tool helps to lift and contour while reducing tension in the facial muscles.

This treatment is available as a 15 minute add-on to any Facial or Body Massage treatment.

Thai Foot Massage incorporates elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese Massage and Yoga together with the use of a traditional thai massage stick to stimulate points on the feet.  It aims to work the soft tissues of the feet and increase mobility and reduce joint stiffness.

Tibetan Hand and Arm massage draws on the ancient Tibetan traditions to de-stress, open energy channels and create a feeling of wellbeing, using sounds including tibetan singing bowls and tingsha chimes to banish negative energies.

Soul to Sole is a combination of face and scalp massage and foot massage to give you a top to toe treatment to bring balance and harmony.

This is a seated massage concentrating on the areas around the head, scalp, neck, upper back and shoulders.  The treatment can be performed fully clothed with no oil, or if oils are used then a towel or sarong will be draped around you to cover your modesty.

For a more indulgent treat upgrade to therma Bliss with the addition of a heated eye mask and warm lava shell to soothe away tension in the upper back and shoulders.

If you prefer your head and scalp massage to be carried out laid on the massage bed then I would suggest choosing the Facial Reflexology with Facial Massage option or add a face and scalp massage onto another treatment.

Add a touch of therma bliss to your treatment with a self-heated eye mask (scented and unscented options available and a heated Lava Shell.  Ask for details, not all treatments are suitable for this upgrade.

I have completed further training in order to support you through your pregnancy, including a Practitioner Diploma in Pregnancy Massage and a qualification in Maternity Reflexology.

My Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage can be performed seated in a chair or in a fully supported side-lying position on the massage couch.  I have a fully adjustable electric couch to ensure your comfort during your treatment.  A detailed Consultation will be taken during your first appointment.

I use Pinks Boutique and Neals Yard Remedies in my treatments.  My essential oils and carrier massage oils are sourced from either Neals Yard or Base Formula to guarantee their quality and sustainability.
